Substructures for brick roofing

Flexibility

The system is fully adaptable for installation on all types of sloping clay tiles. Regardless of the shape or strength of the roof, we ensure easy and efficient fastening.

Optimal cooling for optimal performance

The distance between the roof and the panels allows for efficient cooling, which contributes to optimal operation of the solar panels and increased energy efficiency.

More Ways to Install for More Flexibility

The panels can be fixed horizontally or vertically, which allows them to be adapted to the different requirements of the building and the available roof area.

Installation

Mounting Type clay roofs
Roof slope from 15°
Panel Orientation vertical and horizontal
Panel Dimension A wide range of dimensions
Height Adaptability 160 - 200 mm
Material stainless steel, aluminium
Horizontal Flexibility 15, 32.5, 50, 67.5, 85 mm

1. We remove the roofing and install a forged hook with a bracket. When installing, wood screws are used.

2. We attach the Enset Main Rail profile to the installed hook with a T bolt and a nut flange.

3. We install a panel on the Enset Main Rail profile and fix it with an Enset End Clamp or Enset Middle Clamp.

Substructures for trapezoidal roofing

Flexibility

The system is designed for easy and efficient installation on all types of trapezoidal sheet roofs, regardless of their shape, slope or hardness.

Optimal cooling for optimal performance

The spacing between the roof and the solar panels allows for natural cooling, which contributes to better system performance and longer life of the panels.

Resistance to weather conditions

The substructure is extremely resistant to weather conditions such as snow, strong winds and other external conditions. It is designed for long-lasting durability and safe operation in all conditions.

Installation

Mounting Type on all pitched roofs with trapezoidal roofing
Roof slope from 15°
Panel Orientation vertical and horizontal
Panel Dimension A wide range of dimensions
Material Aluminum, EPMD

The system is also suitable for trapezoidal sheet metal roofing with insulation. The method of fastening is the same as that of corrugated roofing.

Substructures for sheet metal roofing

Flexibility

The system boasts a high degree of flexibility, which allows easy installation even on more demanding roof shapes.

Optimal cooling for optimal performance

The distance between the roof and the solar panels is precisely calculated and allows for efficient heat dissipation, which improves the performance of the system and extends the life of the panels.

More Ways to Install for More Flexibility

Solar panels can be mounted horizontally or vertically, providing greater flexibility in installation.

Installation

Mounting Type Gerard Kritina
Roof slope from 15°
Panel Dimension A wide range of dimensions
Material stainless steel, aluminium, EPMD

1. Remove the roofing and install the Gerard hook. When installing, wood screws are used.

2. We attach the Enset Main Rail profile to the installed hook with a T bolt and a nut flange.

3. We install a panel on the Enset Main Rail profile and fix it with Ense End Clamp or Enset Middle Clamp.

Substructures for corrugated roofing

Compatible with any type of sheet metal roof

Our system is fully compatible with various types of corrugated metal roofs, which can be attached to steel or wooden beams.

Unlimited flexibility

It allows great flexibility in the positioning of the panels. The layout depends on the position of the hanging screws and the click of the system, allowing you to have full control over the layout and make optimal use of solar energy.

Weatherproof construction

The substructure is designed for reliable operation in all weather conditions – in all seasons.

Installation

Mounting Type for all sheet metal roofing and salon roofing
Roof slope from 15°
Panel Dimension A wide range of dimensions
Height Adaptability depends on the installation of the Hanger Bolt
Material stainless steel, aluminium, EPMD

1. The Hanger Bolt is screwed onto the corrugated roofing to the desired height, to which the load-bearing profile plate is attached.

2. Screw the Enset Main Rail profile with a T bolt and nut.

2. Screw the Enset Main Rail profile with a T bolt and nut.

Substructures for flat roofs

Flexibility

Our substructures designed for easy installation on flat roofs. The system allows adaptation according to the direction of installation and the technical requirements of the facility.

Optimal cooling for optimal performance

The distance between the roof and the solar panels allows for natural ventilation, which contributes to more efficient cooling and optimal operation of the panels. The system is designed for long-term energy efficiency.

More Ways to Install for More Flexibility

The panels can be fixed horizontally or vertically, which allows for greater flexibility in the installation of the system.

Installation

Mounting Type flat roofs
Roof slope 10°, 15°, 20°
Panel Orientation vertical and horizontal
Height Adaptability 160 - 200 mm
Material stainless steel, aluminium

1. Before assembly, it is necessary to rotate the Beta-10 component to the position shown in the figure, then insert a bolt into it, which is screwed on a nut with a flange.

2. We install the solar panel in the front bracket. And we put it on the second component of Beta-10.

3. We fix the panel with the help of Enset End Clamp or Enset Middle Clamp and add a connector.

Facades

Flexibility

The façade system enables safe and efficient installation of solar panels on any type of façade. The system adapts to each object.

Optimal cooling for optimal performance

Between the panels and the façade there is a thoughtfully planned air space that allows natural air circulation. This prevents the panels from overheating, which means better performance and longer life.

More Ways to Install for More Flexibility

Solar panels can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, which allows for several layout options depending on the shape of the building, aesthetic preferences and available space.

Installation

Mounting Type on all types of external walls (concrete, brick, insulation)
Roof slope
Panel Orientation vertical or horizontal
Panel size Adapted to different dimensions
Height Adaptability 100-200 mm (depending on brackets and base)
Material stainless steel, aluminium, EPMD gaskets
Stamina resistant to wind, rain, snow and UV rays
